Cant get Java html file to work
Dear all,
Hope this is ok to ask this question. I've been using Longtion's Autorun Pro Enterprise and loved it but I'm looking for something a little more 'bulletproof'. I'm trying to incorporate an html page which uses Java to load up a 'virtual tour'. This works fine if I click on the html page and it works fine when I use the same page in AutorunPro but when I put it into Autoplay it comes up with a small red cross on a white background - meaning that the Java plugin isnt working. Any advice on how I do this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. |

Did you check you have the JRE installed?

Hi there
Thanks for looking into this. Yes JRE is installed and allows me to view the html page normally and on autorun Pro but just not on autoplay. Thanks |

I KNOW that this works because I have been doing this for months (using a virtual tour with Java inside a html object). I can't think of what the problem can be, though...sorry. I hope someone from IR will jump in and help you.
