for a Description of the free Windows Installer CleanUp Utility
and download and destructions go here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301 Tip: if you do not wish to Install the Utility to your system, extract the Dloaded contents to a folder, read the destructions (renaming com versions and some Os filtering required) and you will soon discover you can Steer the command line versions via some coding with the SUFWI Bootstrapper (essentially you feed it a Product Code and configure the rest of the comm args ) use with caution , could come in real handy ...
