Startup displays poor 256 quality.

Work Deadline very soon http://www.indigorose.com/ubb/images/icons/smile.gif

I have made my autorun application with both 256 and True Color graphics. They both work very well. However, when first loading the application in 256 mode, the screen is scrambled (lots of thick blacks and grays). Once the screen refeshes the first time, due to a mouseover or page change, the 256 color mode works great. I have tested this on 4 different machines running Win98 (and SE), WinNT, and Win2000.

Please advise.

Re: Startup displays poor 256 quality.

This has been found on a handful of systems with AutoPlay Menu Studio 2.0. It has been eliminated in v3.0. It had something to do with certain graphic adapters and software combinations.
