StartMenu shortcuts
I need to place reference in the StartMenu called Documentation with multiple ShortCuts to differant items. I am not seeing a way of doing this. I attached a BMP to show an example.

In that case you will have to NOT make the shourtcuts through the shortcut tab of file properties and rather make them through the Shortcuts actions. As well, you will have to go into Folders and add the [StartMenuFolder] as a root (use the Other Folders... button) and then build a folder structure off of there.
Take a look at the attached project file. Specifically look at the Folders (Project > Folders) dialog and the Shortcuts (Actions > Shortcuts) dialogs. Hope that helps. |

i am trying to install a file onto Vista and it does not install the shortcut.
Is there a tutorial somewhere for this? |

There is no specific tutorial per-se. What have you done so far? Where is the shortcut being put? Perhaps some more details would help.
