Why Doesn't My CD Autorun/Autoplay?
Assuming that you have correctly burned your CD, and there is an autorun.inf file found in the root of the CD, the likely cause is that the Autorun / Autoplay feature has been disabled for that CD-ROM/DVD-ROM drive. It's easy to enable or disable Autorun / Autoplay for a CD/DVD drive, but the instructions are different depending on the operating system. How to Enable/Disable Autorun on Windows 95/98/Me
