How do I Save a Backup Copy of My Project?
When moving a project to a new computer or saving a backup for safety's sake, it's important that you don't leave any files behind! The easiest way to make sure you don't forget anything important, is to use the Project Archive feature of Autorun MAX. Open your project in Autorun MAX, and then go to File > Export. Select Project Archive (*.mxz) from the dropdown box. This option allows you to create an archive of your current Autorun MAX project for backup purposes, or to transport it somewhere else. Give your archive a name and pick a location to save it. Click OK and you're done! A project archive contains everything in your project compressed into a single file. You can later open this project using the File > Open menu command. |
