I Am Having Problems Activating Autorun MAX!

I just purchased the Autorun MAX software online at www.autorun.com. I received an email message containing a download link along with my registration information. I followed the instructions to download the software and installed it on my computer. Everything worked fine. However, when I start up Autorun MAX, it asks me to enter my registration information in order to activate the software. I type it in and click OK, but I receive an error and the software will not work. What am I doing wrong?

The only possible reason that the Autorun MAX activation will fail is because you did not enter the registration information correctly. In your order confirmation email, you will see a section that looks something like this:

REGISTRATION DETAILS
Your name: John Smith
Your email address: johnsmith@anydomain.com
Activation Code: H2014-N8UG9-PRGWK-X3FN9-3JQ8T-WHDFD-DM4DN

You need to enter this information into the activation screen exactly as it appears. This includes the name, email address and activation code. If you change anything, such as your name or email address, it will not work.

Tip: You can select the text with your mouse, and press Ctrl+C to copy it to your clipboard. Go back to the Autorun MAX activation screen and paste it into the appropriate box by clicking on it and then pressing Ctrl+C. This will eliminate any typing errors.

Once you've done this, everything will work perfectly!
