Folder Reference Overwrite Existing Files
In my patch, along with the source code, I have two folder references that install supporting files (templates, config files, ...) to other locations on a machine (my docs, local settings, ...).
Is there a way to force the files in these folder references to overwrite whatever is at the destination? I thought that would be the default behavior, however my testers are telling me that files are not being replaced. Seems to only install the file if it isn't already there. My work around is to have VP delete the files I am going to replace in the "On Pre Patch Actions" Thanks! -Nick |

There are no "Force Install" options in a Folder Reference. One other workaround would be to add the files manually rather than use a Folder Reference.
