Bug in TU 1.0 to 2.0 upgrade: 1.0 global vars

Hello,
I upgraded existing 1.0 scripts to 2.0 using the automatic upgrade mechanism in TU 2.0. However, global variables such as %SetTopMost% in TU 1.0 were setup as session variables in 2.0 with no message indicating that previous 1.0 behavior would no longer work. A message indicating that items like this were no longer supported in the script would be helpful in review of the conversion.

Thanks
Mark

Hi bnasmmbaker,

I'm slightly confused by your post, did the converted script not work properly? Or is your issue with the fact that how certain things were converted was not documented well enough?

We do have a topic in the Help file concerning this "Importing TrueUpdate 1.0 Projects" but perhaps you are right. Perhaps displaying this help topic automatically or bringing up a short message on the topic would have helpful to new users of TrueUpdate 2.0.

Thanks for all the information bnasmmbaker.
