Hi Nagesh,

This error means that the SSL certificate of the website you are trying to visit is invalid, or expired.

You may be able to access the website without any problems in Internet Explorer because it has been configured to ignore expired certificates. In Internet Explorer: Tools | Internet Options | Advanced | Security.

Please make sure that the site that you are tying to access has a valid SSL certificate.

Hi Nagesh,

When does the security alert dialog appear, when you access the url via Internet Explorer or TrueUpdate 2.0? What does the security alert dialog say? How are you installing the certificate on your computer?

It still appears as though there is an issue with allowing the SSL certificate, but hopefully the answers to these questions will help us determine what is happening.
