Grin help me to protect my program

hi,

I would be very grateful if you help me to
resolve this problem

I want to protect my work against the illegal copying, so I want to create a system to protect my dvd.

The idea is to create an autoplay application as follows:

1/ creates window wich have a button "star" that runs the application and extract serial regestry key.

2/the user work with application normally

3/delet the serial regystry key. (affter the user exit the application)

i need to now how to:

1/locate application and run it with using the registry key.
exemple: (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\nadytek\nadyttols value:installdir data:F:\Program Files\ndytools\) my exe is inside ndytools folder.

2/update the registry key (nadytek) registry by adding a new value that contains the serial number

exemple: add {value:code ; data:3625-ZR-F752-TDNA-YTEK}

3/delete this value "code" after the user exit application

This method will force the user to work only with the dvd.

Note: my dvd is protected with dvd clone.

you can use the Registry function built in AMS to do just that.

Here you go ... this isn't exactly what you're looking for, but is close enough to give you enough code to adapt to your needs.

The attached .apz file is an example of how to implement a username/password logon-screen to your application, by creating a new registry-key which stores your chosen username/password in blowfish-encrypted form ... and gives the option to delete this registry-key whenever you want.

File Type: apz Logon via Encrypted Registry-Key.apz (332.8 KB, 28 views)

PS.
I should have mentioned ... the code to this is not my own. It was originally passed on to me by mwreyf1 way back in July (who in turn got it from someone else), so credit goes to him/her (whoever that may be). All I've done is to "snaz up" the GUI a little bit.
PPS.
I think the original author may have been Jack Daniels ... possibly???

Yes I made this example but it is not going to work with Windows 7 and Vista unless you run the program as an Administrator...

You can't make your software say by borroing off a friend, there is no true way to make a program safe, there are many little things people have one in AMS
to make them safer.

Molebox both version i have looked in to and for new timers its not a idea at all not for the price or how its constuced.
