Can you customize the version informations from AutoPlay Media Studio if you build EXE file?

Yes you can. This has been discussed countless times and the solution is a Resource Editor such as Resource Hacker.

You can just edit the project settings...

edit: My appologies! I didn't read your specific fields you need to modify -- yes; as posted, resource hacker is your solution.

Also try PE Explorer.

Tools like PE Explorer, Resource-Hacker, etc ... will give you a lot more control over what can be edited, than can the Version tab in the AMS Project-Settings menu .
