A program designed to include dlls in plugins as strings

This utility converts a dll file into a string for use with AMS plugin creation. The dll is included in the plugin code and created (in the user's temp folder) upon the execution of the plugin code. It can later be cleaned up (destroyed) by calling a simple Cleanup() function.
