Hello all! I am having an issue with Photoshop CS3. I do this: File > New. I go to use the "Brushes", and A) it wont let me use them on a white background, B) when I make another layer, I can use them BUT its nothing like it is supposed to be, the brushes for some reason I cant control. It makes them laydown all over the place multiple times with one click!!!!????
![]() Anyone know how to fix it?? I lookesd on forums and there is no complete answer or their fixes aint working. Can ANYONE give me pointers?? I really want to use these brushes.. But even the dfault ones are acting up. Joe |

it sounds like you are trying to apply brushes over a 'background' versus a layer. The 'best' way to apply brushes is to use a single brush on a blank layer...you might end up wanting 20 layers for different brush elements. Then you can color them, apply gradients, styles, etc. Nothing wrong with the program.
