Suggest you post your project and be specific on what your having trouble with. Why do you want this list to be from a text file?? Why not just PULL the list from the files in the folder?
If the files are on the "External" tab in the SF7 project, and the install is not getting rebuild, after modifying the file(s) contents, this would cause the CRC values to change and generate this...
It would be nice to have a zip/unzip action(s). I am acaully calling a SF7 exe to to the unzip :)

I worked around the issue by not using Folder references, I love the idea of Folder references but they seem to have some hidden bugs.
Patch is skipping files Error log reports "target not found".
(sorry major typo there)
