intro video help??

I'm having a problem with an intro video that I recently created and added to my autoplay. The video comes up and plays great on windows 98 machines but on 2000 machines I don't get the complete video?? Any suggestions??

What seems to happen on Windows 2000 machines? Is part of the video being cut off? Have you tried it on any other Operating Systems? If so what happens?

When you say you don't get the complete video, do you mean it's cut off at the end or you're not getting sound, video, etc?

Also, what codec did you use to encode your video?
