Awesome!!! 200 people is a lot of people. Just the start though. :) Thanks for the post Intrigued, I didn't notice the new number but I'm sure happy to see it. :yes

I was checking my Web Statistics page for amsuser.com and realized that every month the number of Unique Visits has risen. This month is on track to break (I know, not huge but a landmark of sorts still) 1000 visits.
Thanks to all the users that have, are, or will donate their projects here and to amsuser.com. Down the road I will have an upload section that I will then go through to verify projects before they post. That's a bit still off though.
I am also thinking of adding a Flash MX 2004 Projects section (like the others, drop-down fashion). These would mostly include use of the fscommand so that they can "talk" back to AMS.
Sincerely,
Ted Sullivan

Thanks guys for the kind and motivating words!
Also, I like where our forum members are taking AMS! So much for, "where no man (women) has gone before!"
:)
:yes
Kudos to your site Intrigued. I really like to see this type of companionship between our users.
I expect it to be a great year

FWIW Intrigued, objectively speaking I think this forum is one of the best I've ever seen. Everyday I am re-amazed by you guys. I've modded several gigantic forums in my day and I've never seen a better group of people. Usually forums end up being about arguing, egos, and posturing as you know. So it's refreshing to be part of this. When I'm looking back at age 75 I bet this will stand out as memorable.
I like the range too, i.e. you can come here and get some code, listen to a few MP3s, share your opinions, larf a bit, check out some pics of Tigg (and elves) getting their christmas tree, etc. We've truly achieved a community sense here, it's awesome. And it turns out the type of people who are drawn to AMS and SUF are intelligent, resourceful, highly intrepid types so it just keeps getting better and better. :yes
BTW did I forget to mention that I predict a completely average year for Adam despite a banner year for everyone around him. :yes

Definitely Swank'tific!

In the interests of disclosure I regret to report that the 208 user record was only set by virtue of the fact that we were being heavily parsed by search engine bots. Despite that though, human traffic was very busy on a couple days over the holidays also, so it's not like things are going swimmingly... In fact if you check our overall stats, the forum has never been healthier. It's going to be an incredible year. :)

I agree. Swanktificiousness is not merely an expression of non-botitude. The more bots the better.
