I discovered a little trick by accident that others might find useful. I was using a multiple screen size menu as created by another user at this forum (Tigger I think?) which loads, checks screen size and load another autorun file if the screen is bigger than 800x600, it then loads this and closes itself.
It turns out on NT machines the second loaded autorun menu plays all audio, even though disable NT audio engine is enabled.
Therefore even if you don’t want a multiple screen menu, just create a menu which starts, loads your menu and closes and you will have all your audio working, mouse clicks, video, launched applications etc.
I haven’t tested it extensively but it definitely works in the multiple screen project I have just created.
