SysTray Access - anyone know howto

G'Day from 'Downunder', clear skies and sunshine,temp 28 Celsius
in West Aus. now for the less important stuff..

I need some help on how to access the OS systemtray,
wanting to Manually create shortcut-s to APP or other specific APPs
my main App targets..

Anyone with a few tricks up their sleeves ?
