Happys Be Thankful day. We did our best to finish off a 26 Lbs turkey.
Me being original again...we had a smoked roast, a baked duck, BBQ sammon. Various vegies and sweet potatoes, and for the sweet tooth we had pumkin custard cheesecake and home made strawberry ice cream. Time for left overs!!
