RTF-HTML Converter

Anyone know of a good OCX or DLL for RTF-HTML conversion? I'm using the EasyByte rtff_2_html tool now, but it's less than wonderful...unmatched attributes being its most egrigious <sp!> sin. Ill be using this in a Visual Basic application.
