Is it possible to add a subject in the mailto box

Is it possible to add a suject when using the email "mailto:" function, similar to html
for example :-

mailto:me@domain.com?subject=subjectgoeshere
(I hope this is clear enough !.)

The above format doesn't appear to work.

I tried using this:

mailto:support@indigorose.com?subject=mark

and it worked fine over here. Try the above text out, and see if it works. What e-mail program are you using?

Thanks for the reply.
It didn't work using your text either. We are using Novell Groupwise v5.5 for email, looks like this is the problem.
