Stopping Reboot

Hi,
I have Setup Factory 6.0.1.4.

I have set: (%NeedsReboot% = FALSE), in the "After Installing" and "Shutdown" actions, but the reboot screen still appears.

Any suggestions?

Are you installing any dependency modules? They have reboot functionality depending upon certain conditions because they install core system files. It is very unusual to stop the system rebooting in those circumstances as will make it unstable.
