file not found

im fairly new to this so the answer may be something simple. i want to play a wav in (play multimedia)i have navigated to the virtual cd rom folder data folde where i have the wav i need to play.it works fine in preview but when i build i get the error message the specified file was not found.i burnt to cd and still get this problem even tho the file is in the data folder on the cd-rom
any help would be grateful
