Note: I know this link has been shared at least once in the forum. Instead of hunting such thread down and posting a "I agree, this site rocks" sort of post, I thought I would do the site justice and share it via a new thread.
I finally got around to viewing/reading the contents of the SQL section of the web site W3Schools and I agree, this is a nice little introduction into the SQL (Structured Query Language) language.
One of the web pages even has a place for you to test your SQL out and see how you are doing (uses a part of the NorthWind database).
