Hi,

After installing the plugin pack 1 my AMS5.0Pro became completely instable. It shows and hangs in the first spalsh screen. My problem: should I deinstall it and then reinstall ? Could that give problems with the registration code ? I also want to move it to another PC (laptop) but here I have the smae quastion. I asked this question to Indigo support nut being during the weekend I wait for reply. very unfortunate as I loose quite some time on ongoing projects.
All help en suggestions on how to move an installation to another PC without compromising registration is very welcome.

I may be wrong, but I believe that the license allows users to install on two machines. I think the idea behind this is so that a person can install it on their primary machine, and on a laptop.

My best suggestion is to go ahead and try to uninstall and reinstall it. If it works, you come out ahead, if not, you’re in the same place Monday morning as you are now. Not much to lose.

If it doesn’t work for you, start a support ticket Monday, I’m positive that Indigo Rose will get you up and going again.

THNX Jim. That is what I will do. All in all it must have something to do with other processes running as yesterday after elimination of anti-spy and anti-virus and some other stuff I got it to work ...once. Strange things have happened on rthe way to the forum. :lol
