is it possible to create a loading screen? HELP

I have learn a lot from this AMS program, but I keep wondering is it possible to create a loading screen. For example, when I insert the CD into the CD-ROM, and a screen pops up to tell the user that it still loading. Please help me Mark or anyone who knows. Thank you.

Basically this delay that you are referring to is the time that is taken for the CD-ROM to start spinning in the drive and for the data to be read. Launching the AutoPlay menu is fairly fast, it is the hardware that is taking this period of time. There isn't anything that can be done about this.
