This person(s) has a site where they have tons of the most incredible looking Flash effects online, and they even provide the source files for download. For my money, this is the best single site I've ever seen for people who are into Flash effects. I'm extremely impressed with this person(s), the recursive tree is my fave, what a beautiful script. Can't say enough good things about this:

The only unwanted side effect was the extreme feeling of inadequacy which washed over me after seeing how smooth and cleanly coded those .flas are. Visually, some of those effects are pro video game quality...
