    execute file

    I want to execute a file from a directory on the users hard drive from a button on the menu...the files have been unziped there using a button on the same autorun menu...I`ve did it before using the custom option I`m sure but can`t remeber teh exact variable line to enter ..any ideas

    Hi,

    Simply use the EXECUTE PROGRAM action. This can be found, on the Actions list under: EXECUTE -> EXECUTE PROGRAM.

    You could also try looking in the Help file for more information on the EXECUTE PROGRAM action.

    Now the target for your EXECUTE PROGRAM action will be the full path to the executable that you unZiped from the Zip file.
