Cant get mp3 to run on page open

I put the "run MP3" action on the page open event but no sound ever happens.
If I put exactly the same action on the "click" event of a text box for example the sound plays fine.
??
What am I missing?

Hi,

I'm not sure why your Play MP3 action is not working; do you have any other sounds that play at the same time?

If you create a new BLANK project, place your Play MP3 action on the first page's Page Open event does the sound play properly when you preview?
