Object Plugins 'tool tip' query

Hi there, using Combobox and Winbutton plugins..

I have the intitial object attributes :enabled set and visibility off.

when I use actions to set visibilty for an assigned combo or winbutton
the assigned object 'tool tip' does not show... any suggestions would be
great. I would appreciate feedback as to whether this 'behaviour' is known
regarding purchased object plugins, whether it is a 'real bug', sure its
not affecting usablity, however, when there is time, I would appreciate
some response regarding this issue, as I would need to modify my project
in certain areas if 'tool tips' do fail to show when made visible.

note: if I create a duplicate 'test of an object on the same 'page' with
both enabled and visibility 'on' then when page is loaded, no problemo'
tool tip shows fine. I am using a combobox selection to control visibility
of winbuttons..depending on the selection. I have posted two previous
requests regarding this 'behaviour, however no responses to date.
Sorry to ramble a bit but need some guidance or verification please.
