Alrighty then... I have two pics, Pic 1 and pic 2. When mousing over Pic 1, Pic 2 appears slightly over lapping Pic 1.

The prob:
While the mouse is still on Pic 1, Pic 2 flutters or in other words, appears and disappears quickly. Is there a way to stop this?

Are they overlapping? What about size is pic 2 larger than pic 1? Should you disable pic 2 until you need it?

Do you have a sample?

Bruce, it's because your images are overlapped. take the larger image and reduce it a bit to not have them overlap is all. Also, you don't need the extra line you have -

on Enter Image.Load("Large Pic Image", "AutoPlay\\Ads\\LG Pics\\lgcard1.bmp");

HTH.

Ok I'll poop-can the extra verbiage but... The large pic MUST be on top. You see, there are twelve small pics (business cards) on the page and every time you mouse over each one of them the corresponding large pic pops up, you can't help but overlap.

Then you will continue to have the problem because onMouseOver the larger image is blocking part of that event, hence the flickering. It's up to you though :)

Bruce,

Do you need the larger image to perform some function other than being shown? If not disable the larger image and the flickering will stop. Otherwise I would look at not having them overlap. Maybe make the smaller image even smaller like a thumbnail.

Bruce,
A workaround would be to make the images part of the background and have a hotspot on top of them which, when mouseOver, will show the large images.
