Under the Tools Option at the top, there is an option to ADD YOU OWN TOOLS, I have searched the post and have seen nothing on this, or maybe there is??? Any help on this would be appreciated.

Nevermind, I guess, looking further into it, its there to add shortcuts to programs, just thought it would be something more.
