Obtaining the SDK

I have a question,
In the sticked post above you guys tell that there is an free SDK for plugins with examples included. But when i click on the link posted there for the procedure of obtaining the SDK the browser redirects me to the AMS5 main page. Please can you tell me will be SDK available soon or if there is already one to post a link.
