In version 4 it was easy to make a color of a button or image transparent, but I don't see that option in 5... am i missing something?

Hi, version 5.0 has full alpha support for PNG 24 format. Simply export your images as PNG 24 from your favorite app such as Photoshop or Paint Shop and the transparency in AMS will be flawless. You can do all sorts of really advanced glow and shadow effects now that alpha support is included. It's awesome.

If you want to do Image objects "old school" just check the "Make Color Transparent" option on the object properties dialog. Then you can select the transparent color.
Buttons only support 32-bit PNG transparency.Comment
