Use of variable in Dependencies dialog

In the Dependencies dialog (tab Dialog) I want to point a button to an Installer (in the field 'Help Button Link').

I can use a hardcoded reference to the Installer, but
is there any way to use a variable in this Help Button Link field?

It looks to me that this Dependencies dialog runs before any variables are initialized.
