Bookmark a .Flash swf file?

I am a new AMS user. I use AMS as a navigation system to launch flash .swf files. Here is what I would like to do. When a user exits the program, I would like to give them the option to bookmark where they left off (preferably where they left off within the corresponding .swf file.) .Swf files have named frames but I am not sure how you can reference that in AMS. Then when they go back into the program, the program will read the book mark and give the user the option to return where they previously left off. Thanks!
