Allow user to find a program to be launched

My application requires starting MS Word and loading a document. Is there a way the user can locate the directory (on the user's HD) of MS Word so the program can use this to load the required document?

You shouldn't need to locate it in almost all cases. If the users machine has .doc files associated with Word, all you need to do is set your action to "open document". Their PC will take care of the rest.

I agree with the guy above... plus, why would you want a customer to navigate to find Word? Some people have trouble finding it under the start menu... (smile)
