Problems with PDF documentation

I'm trialing your software. I downloaded and printed out the PDF manual. However, both Adobe Reader 5 and 6 hung will trying to print out pages 151-154 and pages 159-162 on two different printers.

It appears that it does not like your shaded boxes. None of the text came out in these shaded areas. Note, I'm printing on A4 paper if that makes a difference.
