I have a project with some five minute videos. When the command is given to go to the page with one of the videos, there is a 3-6 second delay (depending upon destination cd player and computer). I would like to let the user know that the video is loading.
I have made a small flash that blinks "video loading".
I jump to the page with a blank video object, have the flash play, and then load the video on a timer event at 50 milliseconds, it works well. The flash blinks while the video loads. I just cant figure out how to have the flash stop when the video begins.
Perhaps the "while" command might work. I would appeciate any suggestions.
