Failed to Install error mesage

SUF6 is giving one of my clients the following error.
"Failed to install file. (#1, Line 4)"
When I run the installer I have created for them I DON'T get this error.
Can some one explain what this error message means. I have checked my actions list and I don't have any files installing from actions.

That error message comes from an action. Probably the Install File action but you said that you did not include this action. I would double check for this action in that project. It could possibly be a corrupted setup file so you may want to have them redownload the file or something like that. I am more than willing to check out your project file if you want to email it to support@indigorose.com
