Cannot create directory

i have made a client install file for our customers to download when i go onsite to install the program.
There is test and live enviorment (which choosen by Checkboxes.

When install is running it copies files from a mapped drive to
and creates depending on selection to dir
c:\openacc\ol_test
c:\openacc\ol_live

but it cannot create the ol_live directory (error cannot create directory), i have even copied and pasted the entire ol_test settings and changed the path and still get the same result, it is not disk space, user rights or permissions

the Test one runs fine and creates shortcuts on the start menu
the live is an exact copy ol_test with the relevant pathing change to point at the live version

any help is very much appriciated

Without seeing the particulars of your install, it is difficult to tell what the problem could be. Most of the time errors such as this are caused by extra spaces, illegal characters, or permissions.
