Question:

How long does it take to process an order and then receive the download link for AutoPlay Media Studio Pro 5.0 on average? Questioning because I have just purchased a license for such and I am eager to start using that version.

Thank you for your responses, in advance,

Corey

Typically within one day but officially "within 48 hours". Your software order should be processed tomorrow no problem. :) (All orders are process during normal business hours, refer to the contact page for time zone specifics)

Thanks for your purchase, looking forward to seeing you around the forums. :)

Thank you Corey.

I did see the 48 hour transaction time in the payment area. However, from purchasing other software online via download option the download link(s) usually came very quickly.

From what I have experienced so far from this product I feel that this is the number one Rapid Application Design interface around. I have seen how you folks have helped others and that shows me that this is no "fly by night" operation. You set an example for others to follow, thank you again.

We really appreciate your support!

I'm sure you have your download instructions by now - the reason for the "delay" is that we manually verify all of our orders to help cut down on the costs of credit card fraud. During business hours (9-5 CST) that only takes a few minutes, but orders placed after hours are processed first thing the next business day (hence the 48 hours notice).

In any case, thanks again. We're glad to have you on board!

Ted, I did received the link for the download this morning. I have since installed such. Thank you to you and Corey. First rate service.

Thankfully I took the time to print off and then read the User Guide and the Scripting Guide before making the purchase. Along with reading many posts here and reading some of the How-To's. That really is helping me to hit the ground running and I can't recommend these steps to other persons new to AutoPlay Media Studio 5.0. enough!

Paying $495 for the Professional version might seem to some as a large amount of monies for ANY program. However, I'm confident I will reap that 10 fold over in the next few months with this program as the flag ship application in my arsenal.

Finally, I'm going to buy the "functions" CD-ROM when it comes out.

Can I make my first request? Please keep an even pace with the release of great add-on's and upgrades (for sale types). As I can only afford to buy so many a month. (Insert Grin Here)

Happy (and safe) New Year all!

Happy and healthy New Years to you and yours. :)

Just FYI the functions CD will be a tad broader than that, I'm just working on it right now actually. Although it will still be fairly narrow in scope since I have chosen to only take 2-3 topics per CD and cover them 100% end-to-end rather than half cover one topic on one CD and then half cover it on another. That would be a ripoff. In my eyes the best value is when a CD teaches a subject from start to finish, no hidden marketing agendas, etc... So this specific CD will focus solely on functions, tables, and data handling and will cover them fully.

It starts off easy enough for a first time AMS user to follow and then continues on straight through to the end of each topic. When you are done with this CD you will be an expert on tables, functions, and their key real world uses.

It's defintely a worthwhile buy.

As to the other, I can assure you we are doing our very best to keep all the add-ons very inexpensive. As you can see the Style Worksop.com and Liquid Cabaret.com add-ons are amongst the least expensive ROMs of their type on the market, period. So be assured we will do our very best in this regard, we're all working folks too, we know how it goes when it comes to not being able to afford tons of new software. :)

I promise you, the top-down spirit at IR is "How can we get our stuff into people's hands", not, "How can we maxmize profit"...

Just FYI You will see a whole bunch of releases in the next few weeks and then things should level off. There will be packages and multi-purchase discounts too BTW. I'm sure you will see them announced here. :)

Thank you Corey for a sneak peak at what is to come. It sounds like that is definitely one training CD-ROM I do not want to miss! I'll keep my eye out for the packages too.

Looks like I came onboard at the right time.
