We have now (12/19/03) released a service pack for AutoPlay Media Studio 5.0 Professional and Standard Editions. This new update is to version 5.0.0.3.
To get this latest release, please select Help > Check for Update from AutoPlay Media Studio's menu and follow the instructions.
