Access violation

I recently have downloaded your trial version of AutoPlay Media Studio 5.0 and after installing and after that '30 days remaining' dialog appeard this error message appears in the image attached. I wanted to try out AutoPlay media studio on our Windows Server 2003 PC, so this may the reason, because it runs fine on one of our Windows 2000 clients i tested it on after that.

so, is this only happaning to our windows 2003 server or have others also that problem? would be intresting to know. also i have discovered that when i enable windows 98 compatility on the program it runs but then crashes after the working screen appears.
Hope you can help me to solve this bug from my first post due to i don't have always acces to the client PCs
