Foreign fonts in script window not available

hi,
I noticed thre is a limited number of fonts available for use in the \scripting window (courier, lucida etc..) so that when using foreign language (i.e. hebrew) text, I get gibberish. In the app, everything is cool, as I can choose fonts there.
In AMS4, there was no problem.
Anyway to circumvent this annoying situation?

AMS4 didn't have the same type of active scripting window... My understanding is that you need to use a fixed width font, so any hebrew fixed width font should work...
