Pray tell, powers that be at IR.... Whatever will become of this priceless volume of tech support that is the AMS 4.0 user forum? Will it remain "live" on your server so that folks who are slow to adopt 5 will still have something that is at least a reference guide? I would argue that even if you stop supporting 4.0 at some point, it would be nice to maintain the information herein.
Perhaps you can archive it to some sort of PDF format or something easily - is there a utility that can handle that job?
In either case, I'm sure it would be missed if it were to disappear, even after awhile.

We'll definitely keep it around, and even live. It'll just move down to the bottom of the forum list, under "Old Products".
While v5.0 is the future, we'll continue to support v4.0 for some time come. We definitely won't leave our customers hanging!
Of course, when someone says, "can v4.0 do x and y?", the answer may well be, "no, but v5.0 does..." :)

.....aaarrgghhh Project Assistance has disappeared.
It's only a couple of months ago that my boss agreed to buy AMS4 for me because I told him the demo was brilliant and there was also a really good forum where very wonderful people would help me out when I got stuck and now it's gone (where's the smilie with big crocodile tears)

Those threads have just been merged into this forum. Now it's consistent with all of our other forums. It's all the same thing really - post your questions and responses right here. Nobody really paid attention to the forum name anyways :)
Anyhow, the contents is still here and so is the community help. Keep posting and both staff and members will continue to reply.
(Our official tech support is also still available for direct answers too...)
Like I said in the response to the original question above - we've always supported older versions and we'll continue to do so. I apologize if I didn't make that clear.
