Anyone have any favorite Resume sites for what to do/what not to do, formats, etc...
I need to polish mine up

Ok I think then these guys should have what you need to get started, they're mostly correct about what they say:

There's a much better one at Monster.com but I lost the link. The girl at monster had the best resume "how to" I've seen, if you have time check around there a bit...
Also if you like I/We would be happy to give you a reference quote stating that we recognize you as someone who has demonstrated a thorough understanding of our product and the process of creating interactive CD ROMs.
Bottom line with resumes, don't try to say too much, just exactly enough to make them call you for an interview and not a word more... :)

:)
OK here we go there's a great section full of resoucres just down the page here http://resume.monster.com/ under "Free Resume Advice"
The best is to check out the samples, particularly the "after" example in the re-writes demo such as http://resume.monster.com/samples/jenkins/makeover/ if you even just plug your data into that sample you will be just fine. Might not be a bad idea to do that if you hate this process, I can guarantee you that layout works well...
Bottom line. Well done resume like that means transparency to the data, then you either sink or swim on your qualifications. :)
