I had fun the last few days developping a template for software compilation CD with editable INI file.
That was constructive, but my trial period goes to the end. :(
I am not sure I will be able to buy the registered version in a near future.
Therefore, I give my template away to the community. Although this is just an amateur work and the template is still in beta phase with some bugs, it might be useful for some.
Thanks to all who gave support.

Nice template. Excellent colors, orange is my fave. You have my sympathy on the trial thing, maybe someday soon a windfall will come your way, I hope so... :)

Thanks for the contribution! Hopefully you'll be able to find a client that will cover the cost of AutoPlay Media Studio. Most of our users find that AutoPlay Media Studio helps them to *make* money - the purchase price being the investment.
While not "cheap", it is certainly a good value compared with other rich media authoring tools. And the productivity gains mean a really quick payback on that admission fee... :)
In any case, we hope to be hearing more from you!

Thanks for warm cheers.
I was evaluating the thing to evaluate the potential of the tool, and found fun to work on a personal project.
I like to be up-to-date with new technologies. I'm a university professor and found the tool having a good potential. Who knows, one day I might need the tool for a pedagogical purpose ? I believe that once you master a tool, you start thinking what you can do with it :) If I have a good project in mind, the IT department of my school shouldn't have problem to cover the cost of a licence.
I'll still be around for a while... and have a peek on new 5.0 version :)

That's great news! As you can see here we have lots of universities on board already http://www.indigorose.com/products/sample_users.php? and we always love to hear of more arriving. Look forward to having you around the board. :)

Here the latest and last build.
This version irons some bugs. I also cleaned and documented the code and changed name of resources.
This lead to a question: if somebody compile this project with a commercial version, will it be legal to distribute only the compiled code (apm) and autorun as an free-standing utility? I mean, the unexpected advantage with my project is that only INI editing is required... :)
I am reading the license.txt that comes with the trial version but I see no articles about distribution and royalties.

The executable projects and runtime created with the *commercial version* of AutoPlay Media Studio can be distributed royalty-free. However, for the *trial version*, the executable projects and runtime can only be used internally for testing purposes and not distributed at all. In fact, with the trial version, any executable you create will expire after a few days and not work anymore... Of course, the project file will continue to work and can be loaded into the commercial version and rebuilt as a working and legal executable.
