View Full Version : Anti-Alias with ClearType enabled

I've been testing APMS5 on both a laptop and desktop.

With regard to Anti-Aliased text, the issue isn't apparent on my desktop machine, but is on my laptop with ClearType enabled.

On the laptop, when ClearType is enabled, in build and preview mode, when Anti-Alias is enabled, then the text still looks jagged - as if anti-alias was/is disabled!

Of course, disable Anti-Alias, and the Windows default - in this case ClearType - becomes active.

The issue is that if a APMS5 interface was used on a Windows Xp laptop with ClearType enabled, then any text would appear non Anti-Aliased.

Hope this information his helpful.

Regards,

John
